By installing or using LingJi Garden ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
LingJi Garden is a wellness self-observation tool. It uses the Five Element framework as a cultural lens to help users notice tendencies in daily energy and mood. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Results describe daily tendencies — directions to lean into, observations about the present.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You may use the app anonymously or with a verified account. You agree to provide accurate information when you register.
Some features require a paid subscription managed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Pricing, billing periods, and renewal are shown at purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Refunds: cancellations stop future charges but do not refund the current period. Refund requests go through Apple or Google's standard processes.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the app, scrape our APIs, share account credentials, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
All app content, branding, designs, and code are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you create (reflections, chat messages). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and display this content to you.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The information presented is general guidance, not professional advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice or email at least 14 days before taking effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is located, excluding conflict of law rules. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
